But in a dramatic twist on Friday, Bah who vowed to build a wall between The Gambia and Senegal has now walked back his bid.

He met President Barrow at State House on Friday where he told him he would be backing him in next month’s presidential election.

He told The Fatu Network the president is willing to work with him and his team regarding their policies and programs.

“Our program includes prize control bill, introduction of high tax for fish export, zero drug in the Gambia, youth regionals fund for agribusiness. President Barrow is willing to work with us to move this country and he has accepted our points,” Mr Bah said.
